Belrock Design Build Inc has been nominated for one of the industry's most prestigious awards, the 2003 Rex Award for Industrial Development of the Year. Instituted by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Greater Toronto Chapter, the Rex Awards honour and recognize real estate excellence across the industry.
