A four-storey 95,000 sq. ft. office tower located at Airport Rd. in Oshawa, Ontario, the Durham Children’s Aid Society project is a quasi-government facility and the distinctive home for the advocacy and care of children and families in need of special counseling services. Open public access combined with acute departmentalization including health and wellness clinics, educational classrooms, recreational facilities and offices plus an attractive décor establishes this building as unique among health and welfare service projects.
