Education and training facility for skilled tradesmen throughout Ontario, this project was also nominated for Best Building Design. Located at Rowntree Dairy Road in Vaughan, Ontario, this complex consists of 186,000 square feet and serves as a multi-purpose facility for one of Ontario’s largest labour union organizations. The award winning complex includes administrative offices, training facilities, library and convention centre hosted by the carpenter’s and laborer’s unions.
