Escarpment Business Community represents the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan’s largest industrial investment in Canada incorporating five warehousing, maintenance and distribution facilities for a variety of tenants. The park is located on Regional Hwy. # 25 in Milton, Ontario. The largest single building is 408,000 square feet while the entire park consists of more than one million square feet built entirely by Belrock.
